Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. The Technical Recruiter will collaborate with fellow recruiter(s) and hiring managers to attract and hire top technical talent for key positions such as AI/ML Engineer, Big Data Engineer, Backend Developer, Engineering Manager, and Technical Project Manager. This team member will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and securing top-tier candidates while ensuring a seamless and positive hiring experience. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to juggle competing priorities, and a self-directed approach to talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end hiring process for several technical roles from sourcing to offer negotiation
• Proactively identity and engage top technical talent through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking)
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand role requirements, refine job descriptions, and develop hiring strategies
• Use our applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidates, maintain organized pipelines, and ensure a seamless hiring process
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates from first contact to hiring
• Stay up to date with hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in technical recruiting
• Work with broader Operations team to continuously refine and improve Mechanized AI’s recruiting processes 

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a start-up or fast-growing organization
• Proven success in hiring for roles such as AI/ML Engineer, Big Data Engineer, Backend Developer, Engineering Manager, and Technical Project Manager
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple open roles, track candidates effectively, and prioritize competing demands
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Creative mindset with a proven ability to apply innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top technical talent
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and the experience using ATS to streamline hiring processes
• C1/C2 (advanced/proficient) English proficiency is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with remote, globally distributed teams
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making
