- Work closely with Engineering, People, Sales, Customer Support, the Executive team, and other business stakeholders to keep our teams growing!
- Desire to constantly improve processes, working with a great sense of ownership.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or in Business Administration
- 3/5 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, with a strong track record of sourcing tech and non-tech profiles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate information.
- Have experience in the start-up world. We’d love for someone to have the sharp skill set needed for this hands-on role in our very dynamic environment.
