ALTEN Mexico is currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Recruiter Lead to join our team.

As the Technical Recruiter Lead, you will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition efforts for engineering and technology positions in our Delivery Center of ALTEN Mexico. You will collaborate with clients and managers to determine staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, source and attract top-tier candidates, and manage the end-to-end recruiting process. Additionally, you will provide guidance and mentorship to recruitment team, ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Source and attract top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to recruitment team
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics and pipeline
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in talent acquisition
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in engineering and technology
  • Management of a group of consultants: KPIs, attrition rate, entries and exists process, satisfaction of consultants, etc.
  • Financial management: Participate in the budget development of the Delivery Center.
  • Manage the career of the consultants of its perimeter (validation of trial period, career committee, mobility, development plan)
  • Manage the inputs and outputs of projects consultants.
  • Sharing service offers of the DC on solicitation of Alten group
  • Alten Group pre-sales support


Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

•Bachelor's degree preferable in Engineering.

•Proven experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition > 5 years

•Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends, particularly in engineering and technology

•Experience in leading and managing teams

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Ability to effectively source and screen candidates for technical positions

•Strong organizational and time management skills

•Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

•Fluency in English is mandatory

•Experience in recruiting for engineering roles is strongly desired
