TITLE:                                 Technical Project Manager

EMPLOYER:                               Fiserv Solutions, LLC

LOCATION:                                 Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management)

DUTIES:                                      Implement Fiserv Payment product and integrate with ERP solutions and shopping cart solutions to serve the holistic B2B payment needs of enterprise-size businesses. Design, develop, code, implement, debug, test and deploy application solutions across diverse industries. Analyze customer requirements and provide technical support to end-users, assisting with inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting. Use Microsoft technologies for product development and implementation. Provide technical guidance and support to customers. Identify and resolve technical and operational issues that may arise during project implementation. Implement and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and documentation. Oversee project planning and execution, coordinate project resources, allocate tasks, and monitor progress. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, technical documentation, and status reports.

REQUIREMENTS:                     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 7 years in any job title involving technical product development experience. Prior experience must include: 5 years of web application development and implementation using Microsoft .NET framework, ASP.NET, C#, LINQ, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, MS SQL Server, REST APIs and SOAP APIs; Payment processing and gateway integration; Cloud-based application implementation; Product integration with different ERP platforms including SAP, JDE and Oracle cloud; and Project management and customer support for product implementations.
