We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the deployment of an AI-powered assistant on Microsoft Azure for a customer based in LATAM. This role will oversee the transition from development to production, ensuring smooth integration, compliance, and scalability. The TPM will coordinate efforts across a distributed team, manage cloud infrastructure deployment, and ensure the AI assistant meets business and technical requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Define project roadmap, milestones, and deadlines.
- Coordinate work between data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, DevOps, and product owners.
- Ensure alignment with customer business goals and compliance requirements.
- Maintain clear communication across time zones and cultural differences.
- Validate integration with Azure services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure Storage)
- Implement monitoring and logging (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics) for tracking AI performance and issues.
- Plan for failover, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Manage customer expectations regarding AI assistant capabilities.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with real-world scenarios.
- Collect customer feedback and adjust AI responses accordingly.
- Train the customer’s team to use, monitor, and maintain the AI assistant.
Mandatory requirements:
- Great communication skills, native Spanish is a must and advanced English level.
- Good experience with Azure.
- Good experience with DevOps best practices.
Optional requirements:
- Working experience with fintech organization is a plus.
- Working experience with AI projects is a plus.
