Requirements

  • Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project.
  • Fintech experience preferred, particularly in banking projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, adapt to change, and maintain a client-first approach.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely execution and quality delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and aligning technical and business requirements.
  • Lead Scrum ceremonies and internal meetings, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
  • Identify risks and roadblocks, proactively creating mitigation plans.
  • Oversee project documentation, technical decisions, and implementation details.
  • Support team growth through hiring, mentoring, and performance assessments.
  • Manage time tracking, approvals, and resource planning.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions from pre-sales to development.
  • Drive account expansion opportunities and client satisfaction.
