We are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator

Target total compensation ranges from $91,000 - $134,000, including a fixed annual salary of $86,000 - $120,000 (with superannuation for AU roles), an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits. 

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Technical Project Coordinator.

In this role, you'll work embedded within 2-3 engineering squads, playing a crucial role in facilitating collaboration and driving efficiency across teams. You'll support the execution of product and engineering projects, gaining hands-on experience with the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC). You will act as a bridge between engineering, product, and design, fostering clear communication and ensuring alignment on priorities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong technical aptitude and a desire to contribute to a high-impact team building cutting-edge experiences.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to define and execute product roadmaps.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency and foster creativity.
• Identify and proactively address potential roadblocks or risks to project timelines.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing user feedback to inform product decisions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our product development processes.
• Prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Gain exposure to all facets of the SDLC, from ideation to launch.
• Potentially manage reactively as needed, prioritizing roadmap goals and on-time delivery.
• Identify opportunities to enhance team productivity, promote process adherence, and proactively mitigate risks.
• Facilitate trade-off discussions, and keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Optimize team capacity, and work across disciplines to ensure smooth product releases.
• Handle escalated concerns, collaborate with leadership, and drive appropriate next steps for resolution.

Requirements

About you:

• 1-3 years of experience in a technical or product-related role (e.g., project coordination, technical support, software development).
• A strong interest in Product Management and a desire to learn and grow in this field.
• Solid understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) to optimize productivity and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

• Bonus Points:
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Experience with Jira.
• Basic understanding of product management principles.
