Leidos is seeking a Technical Project Manager who will spearhead continuing development and delivery of a Microsoft Azure Cloud Native Enterprise Analytics and Reporting platform and services for our Federal Government client. In this position, you will utilize your strong background in project management, technical team leadership, and Azure based data management to plan and execute projects to meet business client data needs.

In this role, you will:
- Work closely with client stakeholders to define and manage projects and tasks from start to finish.
- Communicate with clarity with client senior managers, executive leadership, business users to manage expectations, elicit requirements, obtain feedback throughout DevOps lifecycle, deliver status.
- Ensure completion of all deliverables on time and budget.
- Lead a cross functional team of data engineers, data architect, reports developer, DevOps and QA specialists, and cloud infrastructure engineer to deliver innovative data solutions using Agile processes.
- Work with external stakeholders including vendors (e.g. Microsoft), partners, contractors as needed to enable successful solution deliveries.
- Provide technical guidance on Microsoft cloud solutions, including data lakehouse, analytics, data pipelines, reporting and analysis. Services include Synapse Analytics, Power BI, ADLS Gen2 with delta lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Security services.
- Ensure data quality, data governance, data security, and performance of developed solutions.
- Establish, implement, monitor, and adjust policies, processes, procedures, and staffing to ensure data pipelines operate to meet all data quality standards, including timeliness.
- Implement a continuous innovation process to identify, evaluate, recommend, and get buy-in from customer for new technologies and solutions, including AI/ML and data analytics.
- Guide, create, and deliver end user documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of of 5 years of prior relevant experience or a Masters with a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience. Generally has a minimum of 2 years of experience supervising or leading teams/projects.
- At least 6 years of demonstrated experience as a Technical Lead delivering Cloud Data Analytics solutions.
- At least 4 years of demonstrated experience with project management, including schedule, cost, resource, and risk management.
- Experience working directly with clients, including business stakeholders and leaders, system owners, senior executives.
- Experience leading projects, working with a multi-functional team, to deliver cloud data management, reporting, visualization, datasets, and analytics solutions.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including program increment and sprint planning and execution.
- Proven experience in requirements management, system and software architecture and design, cloud based software development and operations lifecycle.
- Experience designing and organizing processes, procedures, tools, and team resources to deliver data quality, data governance, transactional and dimensional data modeling, data warehousing and datamarts, ongoing data operations.
- Experience using and deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure Services including Synapse Analytics, Power BI, ADLS Gen2 with delta lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Security services.
- Experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence solutions, including SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS.
- Understanding of data governance and data management frameworks and standards.
- Understanding and experience with AI/ML driven solutions, including Generative AI
- Strong analytical capabilities with proven problems solving skills.
- Must be detail oriented, and able to multi-task with good follow through skills.
- Ability to successfully obtain a government-issued Public Trust clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of federal government data standards, regulations, and directives.
- Certifications in data management and governance.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience with Design Thinking and Human Centered Design, and persona driven solutions.

Pay Range:Pay Range $104,650.00 - $189,175.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
