Job Summary 

As a Technical Project Manager, you'll work with various stakeholders at different levels of the organization to manage projects and improve transparency. You’ll need to provide diplomatic and timely communication in an agile work environment with iterative planning and delivery cycles. 

What You Will Do 

  • Develop project plans, drive project milestones, identify and escalate logical dependencies and manage the entire project lifecycle from project definition through close
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to enhance current capabilities and drive the execution of the product roadmap and evolution (including concept, development, feature enhancements, production service level agreements, and priority tradeoffs) 
  • Enable effective communication and transparency between project team, stakeholders and other constituents. Consolidate status reporting across projects. Synthesize issues (and solution recommendations) for executive consumption 
  • Organize and maintain centralized repository of program/project related information 
  • Hold cross-functional teams accountable through influence. Able to resolve conflict through arbitration, negotiation, reasoned discussion, or escalation
  • Streamline processes, simplify execution, track, and manage quarterly goals 
  • Work closely in partnership with:  
    - Product Management to understand upcoming roadmap priorities 
    - Engineering to establish architectural runway needed to achieve the product roadmap and operational scalability of the existing platform 
  • Work with and align external products, platforms, delivery teams on cross dependencies, expectations, and issue resolution 
  • Develop a sophisticated understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle implemented by the company, including the ability to proactively manage & mitigate risks to on-time project delivery and costing. Ability to train others on agile methodologies. 

What We Need 

  • 6 - 8+ years of Project Management experience including 5+ years experience managing technology projects with multiple complex integrations (like Salesforce, multiple databases, cloud infrastructure, microservices) 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science or related fields
  • CSM, SAFe, or equivalent Agile certifications 
  • Administrator level expertise with Atlassian Jira, Confluence and advanced tools e.g. ScriptRunner
  • Must understand Agile metrics and reporting techniques
  • Experience working with at least 2 product teams or product lines 
  • Strong written and verbal skills, comfortable presenting to large and small groups.  

Desired Qualifications 

  • PMP certification desired 
  • Prior experience as a software developer, tester, or technical product manager 
  • Experience in the Digital Ad space
