- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role
- Strong technical background, preferably in the payments or fintech industry
- Experience managing full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
