Job Description
Job DescriptionResponsible for the complete SW Project from requirements to delivery
Prepare SW Project Estimation, Costing and Project Planning by aligning with Customer, development teams, vendors.
Handling a SW development & testing team of size 10 – 15.
Technically drive the Project towards milestone deliveries.
Responsible for capacity planning, competence buildup of the team
Analyze Customer System requirements and derive SW requirements.
Define the functional and non-functional requirements for SW Architecture
Analyze the customer RFQ’s and provide effort estimation for topics and risks foreseen.
Collaborate with HW and Application engineers for SW development activities.
Perform QA activities as required for project success and meeting Quality targets
Stake Holder Management: Project Status reporting, Customer satisfaction, Vendor engagement, Team handling etc.
Should Lead, self-driven and motivate the team to achieve the project goals and customer expectation.
Knowledge & desired skills requiredHands on experience in Embedded SW Project Management.
Very strong Technical experience on Embedded System concepts & design.
Good working experience in Hardware near Software (Complex Device Drivers)
Very good working Experience with Inter & Intra controller communication. (CAN/LIN/SPI/I2C/UART)
Good knowledge in usage of Project Management Tools for SDLC.
Experience in working with Matrix Teams
Highly initiative with a passion to learn & understand new topics
Should be proactive & able to work independently
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Knowledge PEP process (Quality Gates), Cyber security would be an added advantage.
