We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Technical Project Coordinator to support our platform users and internal technology delivery teams. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day platform support, task management, escalating issues, maintaining the sprint board for development projects, and producing task progress reports.
This is an administrative role with a focus on day-to-day support, task management, and project coordination. It requires hands-on user and administrative support of our core platforms (Salesforce, Five9, Basecamp) and understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to effectively coordinate projects.
The ideal candidate has excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to follow up assertively on task progress, tech savvy, and preferably has background in Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Support Coordination: Intake, route, assign, and escalate production support issues. Communicate, update, and report daily the status of support issues.
  • Hands-on User Support: Provide first line of internal user support to Salesforce, Five9, and related platforms.
  • Task Management: Proactively manage and follow up on cross-functional tasks, ensuring timely progress and completion according to due dates.
  • Sprint Board Management: Diligently manage the sprint board daily, track progress, and ensure the visibility and accuracy of task status.
  • Status Reporting: Generate and distribute regular status updates and reports and other related documentation, to ensure transparency and clear progress communication to management.
  • Process Improvement: Take initiative in recommending opportunities to streamline processes, improve task management, and enhance overall team workflow.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a user support, project coordination, task management, or similar cross-functional coordination role in marketing operations or technology organizations.
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in Five9 and marketing automation platforms a plus.
  • Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and proficiency in task management tools like Basecamp (or similar platforms).
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong initiative and ability to assertively follow up on tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
