Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Program & Project Management:
- Plan, execute, and monitor multiple technical programs and projects across teams.
- Define scope, goals, and deliverables while managing risks, dependencies, and constraints.
- Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies for efficient execution.
- Cloud & Platform Expertise:
- Lead initiatives involving Microsoft Azure, ensuring best practices for cloud architecture, security, and governance.
- Strong knowledge of Azure architecture, cloud security, networking, and virtualization concepts.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow implementation.
- Familiarity with ITIL/ ITSM and project management tools.
- AZ-305 certification is required.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
- Stakeholder & Communication Management:
- Act as a bridge between business, development, and operations teams.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and resolutions effectively to leadership and stakeholders.
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and product managers to drive technical excellence
- Process Improvement & Governance:
- Define KPIs and metrics to track progress and success.
- Establish and improve operational processes using ITIL best practices and automation through ServiceNow.
- Optimize cloud cost management and resource utilization on Azure
Requirements
- Experience: preferably 11-15 years in IT with at least 5+ years in Technical Program Management or Project Management role for Azure-based projects.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong knowledge of Azure architecture, cloud security, networking, and virtualization concepts.
- ServiceNow Expertise: Familiarity with ITIL/ ITSM and project management tools.
- Technical Understanding: Experience with DevOps principles and tools in an Azure environment, including Azure DevOps , CI/CD pipelines , and automation frameworks.
- Tools & Technologies: Azure DevOps, ITIL frameworks, and relevant cloud & ITSM tools.
