What you will work on

As a Technical Program Management Intern (f/d/m) at FERNRIDE, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our engineering projects forward. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain management, operations and product management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technical program management while contributing to cutting-edge innovations that are shaping the future of transportation.  If you're passionate about complex technical challenges and eager to learn from industry experts, you will have the time of your life! This role reports to the Head of Technical Program Management. 

How you will leave your footprint:

  • assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of development projects within our Engineering teams.
  • collaborating with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
  • tracking project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • supporting the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.
  • contributing to process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity.

What you will bring to the team

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Passion for tackling complex technical challenges and driving innovation in transportation.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify problems and proactively seek solutions.
  • Scrum or project management certification or relevant experience is a plus.
