Job Description Summary:
The Technical Productivity Director is responsible for strengthening the operational performance and technical capabilities of the North America Bottler network, ultimately delivering value to the system and developing and nurturing NAOU productivity performance systems for the key Bottler Supply Chain stakeholders. This will be enabled by developing robust data management and reporting of key operational metrics that support gaining valuable insights on performance, as well as enabling sustainable work processes that drive technical value-creation across the system.
In addition, this role will also collaborate with the Global Supply Chain team and system partners to synthesize and translate the data into actionable opportunities that drive improved margins and generate a competitive advantage. This role will focus across all aspect of Supply Chain including Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, and Sustainability.
What You’ll Do for Us
Strategy
Drive system value-creation by working across the bottling network to establish an aligned understanding of key system data needs and reporting, applying technical thought leadership to translate insights into actionable opportunities.
Technical Analysis

Facilitates and conducts data management system analysis to drive understanding of performance (ie. 7-Step Value-Creation Process)

Engage and collaborate with the Technical Operations team and system partners to distill and leverage critical insights to define key takeaways and provide recommended action plans to drive informed decisions. This includes providing technical data support in developing business cases for key strategic opportunities.

Recommends proactive changes and/or course corrections to ensure system alignment on key opportunities, based on organizational requirements and industry trends.
Capability Development

Lead the digital maturation of our bottling network supply chain data systems, such that they deliver real-time analytics and insights for increasing operational excellence.
Program Management
Lead strategic initiatives that improve the efficiency of our productivity and performance data sharing across the North America Bottling network.
Performance Management

Documents, reviews, and ensures that all productivity data requirements are aligned to with the bottling partners, as well as ensuring change control standards are met.

Track and report progress for implemented data reporting changes and any relevant improvement activities.
Stakeholder Engagement
Create a strong and jointly beneficial partnership across the North America Bottling network and with Global Supply Chain, to ensure TI&S is viewed as a strategic business partner.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering (preferred).

Must have 6 to 10 years’ experience in Technical, Innovation, Regulatory and/or Supply Chain roles.

Experience leading teams in Technical, Innovation, or Supply Chain.

Proven problem solving skills and a track record of delivering complex technical results and transformational impacts.

Comfort with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced organization.

Ability to quickly converge and leverage knowledge from all technical functional lenses.

Demonstrated ability to connect across organization lines, regardless of reporting relationships.

Functional leadership with strategic development and influencing within an Operating Unit and/or globally, and within the enterprise and across partners, bottlers, and/or external networks.

Understanding of system economics, value chain and finance, risk management, mitigation and communication.

Knowledge of and experience with our beverage manufacturing processes.

Knowledge of project management principles and the ability to apply the principles, tools, and techniques to develop/plan, manage or execute projects or work plans to ensure successful completion (e.g., on time, within budget).

Need to demonstrate advanced influence and negotiation skills to ensure clear articulation and alignment with stakeholders at senior levels internally and externally to drive ideas forward.

Ability to drive technical excellence and leverage expertise for new technology investment or propose new areas of study.

Pay Range:
$143,000 - $162,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
