This position is posted under IQVIA’s Information Management organization. IQVIA’s Information Management organization provides industry leading technical services and solutions to our customers. We are looking to add a Technical Product Support Lead to support the Customer Health Intelligence Project Platform also known as CHIP.

Key responsibilities:

  • Operational support for the IQVIA Customer Health Intelligence Project Platform. (CHIP).

  • Responsible for being the primary contact for external clients and 3rd party vendors.

  • Tracking and monitoring for all weekly processing and client releases.

  • Provide application and tier 1 ETL support for processing failures.

  • Triage of platform / processing issues to the next level of support as required. (data source team, product team, etc..).

  • Manage relationship with internal IQVIA stakeholders.

  • Manage ongoing operations meetings with internal / external stakeholders.

  • Oversee application QC and product testing.

  • Create and deliver reporting metrics as required.

  • Manage and direct offshore resources on a regular basis to ensure weekly delivers are being met.

  • Ability to cover weekend and after-hours, on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience with Snowflake, Atomic, and Python.

Required Experience / Skills:
Technical Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of data warehousing principles and practices.

  • At least three years’ experience as an operations lead supporting enterprise-wide data platforms.

  • At least two years’ experience with cloud warehouse technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks.

  • Experience in monitoring bi-directional data integration/ETLs between internal and external systems.

  • Experience in managing production support ticket queues using systems like ServiceNow, Remedy, or CloudFront.

  • Experience in generating operations reports for business stakeholders.

  • Experience in writing complex queries to troubleshoot issues in critical client environments.

  • Proficiency with the Python programming language.

  • Proven track record of leading and scaling operations teams.

  • Experience in managing offshore teams and providing 24/7 operations support.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $105,200.00 - $175,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
