At MuleSoft, our world-class Product Marketers drive develop product messaging and positioning, campaigns, events, and sales enablement. We are looking for Technical Product Marketers with deep technical knowledge and a skill for translating our current and future capabilities into compelling stories. You are a big picture innovator who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and craft compelling content to support our customers, partners, and sales teams. You are comfortable both producing and presenting messaging, positioning, and enablement to our internal, partner and customer audiences. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with product teams, marketing teams, sales teams, developers, designers, and more. The best candidates will be highly collaborative individuals and initiative takers who are motivated by a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities & Impact

  • Partner with Product Management to understand product strategy and roadmaps, distill key functionality and value into core product positioning and messaging.
  • Roadmap our product strategy to life in launches, new releases, content, campaigns, events, and sales enablement.
  • Partner closely with campaigns, solution engineering, and other product marketers and drive cross-functional alignment on programs to drive pipeline.
  • Develop succinct and effective sales training materials (training, FAQs, etc.), making it easy for non-technical sales to understand our complete suite technology.
  • Keep current with technology trends, including AI, and incorporate new technologies into our keynotes and demos.

Required Skills

  • 5-7+ years of experience in technical product marketing, product management, or solution engineering at a high tech company, or similar equivalent
  • 2+ years of enterprise software product marketing experience
  • Ambition and drive to lead the MuleSoft Integration and Automation business to success.
  • Leading other marketing and field functions to execute your GTM strategy, playing a key role in delivering high-quality content such as messaging, positioning, AR, and events
  • Consistent track record in defining/driving project execution with minimal guidance and performing well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present in front of executives, vendors, partners, and customers
  • Hands-on experience building a range of marketing assets, including compelling positioning and messaging, succinct slide pitch-decks, demo videos, and event/webinar content.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel to both domestic and international locations - up to 25% travel

  • Outstanding organizational skills to define and balance multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively within a dynamic environment.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,400 to $213,800.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $169,600 to $233,200.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,400 to $213,800.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
