DESCRIPTION:

Join Pontera’s core product team as a Technical Product Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the backbone of our platform.

You’ll develop expertise in managing key areas of our product, specializing in financial institutions and collaborating across teams to enhance the experience of customers managing their retirement accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze and Innovate: Continuously analyze data to identify product challenges and opportunities, translating them into actionable features that add value.
  • Define and Prioritize: Develop product requirements and specifications, prioritize features, and make strategic decisions to maximize value for both internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineering, design, operations, and other teams to drive product development, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Understand Customer Needs: Partner with inbound and outbound teams to gather insights, validate concepts, and enhance adoption and retention.
  • Measure Success: Define and track key performance metrics to evaluate the success of product initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate Vision: Act as a product leader, sharing the product’s vision, strategy, and progress with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • At least 3 years of experience in technical product management, with a strong track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycles from concept to launch.
  • Demonstrated expertise in analyzing large-scale data and using insights to drive product success.
  • Proven experience building internal products, improving significant KPIs, and incorporating internal feedback into product development.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Hebrew and English, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership skills with a passion for mentoring teammates, refining work processes, and fostering a high-performing team environment.
  • Experience working in agile, dynamic, and fast-paced environments.
