We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Product Manager to join one of our teams at Level Access!

Responsibilities

  • Drive the overall knowledge of the product, the problems it solves, and the benefits it offers customers and end-users
  • Use data and insights to advise product decisions and independently define the analysis we need for sound decision-making.
  • Serve as the full-stack product manager for key technical applications, including our SDKs, CI/CD and IDE integrations.
  • Lead exploration of new use cases, mapping our outstanding science/engineering capabilities to market opportunities, iterating quickly towards MVP and in-market testing.
  • Crucial contributor to product vision and strategic direction
  • Interact with users to understand their needs and develop new opportunity hypotheses.
  • Daily interactions with our engineering, science, design, and go-to-market teams, driving alignment around our product vision and roadmap
  • Stay on top of market trends related to Accessibility in the Enterprise.
  • Drive product delivery, from alpha/beta MVP through to general release maturity

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a technical role, with at least 4 of those in a product management role
  • Strong grasp of product management fundamentals and an interest in mentoring others
  • Focus on shipping products and experimenting in-market with engaged early adopters
  • BSc. or equivalent in computer science or related fields
  • Established proficiency in the software development lifecycle, standard processes for CI/CD
  • Comfortable working with products that do not have a UI, such as SDKs for developers.
  • Experience conducting user interviews and truly understanding and listening to problems
  • Experience taking products from ideation to launch with clear success metrics for external or internal customers
  • Ability to communicate sophisticated ideas clearly and to listen carefully to the needs and experiences of others
  • You thrive under the energy and ambiguity of early-stage product development, continually developing hypotheses, testing them, and iterating at a fast pace

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of regulations related to digital accessibility (e.g., Section 508, ADA)
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA requirements
  • Experience using diverse personas to influence product design
  • Experience as a software developer or QA automation engineer
  • Experience crafting accessible experiences
  • Experience with accessibility conformance testing
