Let's Talk About Responsibilities:

As a Technical Product Manager Intern, you will work directly with talented individuals of all levels. With guidance from a mentor, you will contribute to different projects within Developer Experience team with the goal of increasing developer productivity. You'll work closely with developers to develop product vision, gather feedback and insights, and help translate feedback into actionable product work. You’ll track impact as well improve documentation to allow seamless onboarding for developers to the platform

The right candidate for our internship will have a strong technical background and is looking to explore a role that is focused on understanding and addressing the challenges faced by engineers and software developers. You will be to know commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the Software Development process and rely on mentorship, instructions, and pre-established guidelines to perform the job's functions.  

This is preferred to be a hybrid role located at our ResMed headquarters in San Diego, California. Candidates will be asked to be available to participate in on-site/virtual team meetings.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

  • Ability to work full-time for 12 weeks during Summer 2025; program dates are May 19, 2025 – August 8, 2025 OR June 16, 2025 – September 5, 2025
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering Management or related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Drive for learning new technologies and problem solving

What will make you stand out:

  • Technical background with an understanding of cloud platforms
  • Interest in product management along with passion for technology, developer tools, and user experience.
  • Basic experience with at-least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, Python etc. and knowledge of source control tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket etc.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, or similar tools

Pay Range:

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Individual pay decisions will be made by our staffing provider partner and are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

Base Pay Range for this position:

$22.50 - $41.50 per hour.
