Job Description:
The Technical Product Analyst, role is part of the Supply Chain technology team within Global Technology Enterprise Products and Platform (EPP). The role collaborates with the Sr Product Manager of Global Technology Supply Chain. This role is responsible for helping to drive outcomes for the Global Supply Chain applications, running the agile product and process, driving better user experience and adoption, and ensuring alignment with the Global and Market Supply Chain team.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Contributes to features throughout their lifecycle, from conceptualization and implementation to deployment, maintenance, and support.
- Offers input into the functional design and acceptance criteria of business requirements, ensuring clarity and validation for developers.
- Writes epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in automation scripts, and assists in leading all agile events as part of the product team.
- Identifies customer issues, transforms them into problem statements, and delivers solutions through design thinking.
- Serves as scrum leader, collaborating with teams to improve agile practices and support PI planning activities.
- Maintains knowledge of key business processes and systems.
- Collaborates with other product teams, technical architects, developers, and tech leads to understand and guide the technology roadmap.
- Verifies the results of testing and raises defects/issues against the features owned. Tracks defects to ensure resolutions are implemented.
- Supports the end-to-end testing of the feature and provides sign-off for the code release into production.
- Validates the production release by working with business users applying test accounts in the production environment.
- Establishes and nurtures strong working relationships with various collaborators throughout the organization.

The expected salary range for this role is $98,140.00 - $125,130.00 per year

Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, skilled at presenting information clearly and concisely to senior partners.
- Demonstrated experience in leading Agile teams and proficient in using tools like Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence
- Technical knowledge in software development and programming, crucial for the role.
- Proficiency in writing SQL or NoSQL queries and crafting reports with relational or big data.
- Expertise in user-centric designs to drive efficient customer journey outcomes.
Experience
- More than 3-4 years of product execution or technical business analysis experience, along with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience working in an Agile team.
- Skilled in defining user experience needs, writing epics, stories, and acceptance criteria
- Demonstrable experience of applying Project Management and Agile Scrum Practices.
