We’re hiring a Technical Partnerships Manager to join our Tech Partnerships team, leading global collaborations with ecommerce platforms, services, and SaaS companies—managing partner selection, acquisition, integration development, and relationship nurturing to acquire mutual customers.

What you'll do @Omnisend:

  • Develop new and strengthen existing partnerships with ecommerce platforms to ensure mutual success
  • Strategize with team members to innovate & improve the overall business development process
  • Collaborate on co-designing novel strategies and approaches for successful partnerships that align with business goals
  • Ensure strategic alignment between internal teams and the overarching partnership goals, maximising efficiency and impact
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to identify potential new partners

We expect that you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years of B2B/Partnership/Account Management experience
  • Proven ability to build and nurture strong partnerships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and command of written and spoken English
  • Very strong work ethic and confidence to work autonomously
  • Motivation to succeed both individually and with a young and fast-growing company
