Job Description
As a Technical Marketing strategist, you will be responsible for executing and continuously improving the customer journey using digital content, including videos, user information, training materials, and more. You will collaborate with content, product, IT, and marketing managers to ensure the Agilent website's content, messaging, architecture, site features, and functionality meet our customers' evolving needs.
To accomplish this, you will:
Content Strategy and Creation:

Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals.

Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Curate, create, and oversee digital content for the GC and GC/MS Help & Learning websites.

Ensure content relevance, quality, and effectiveness for the target audience.

Act as the primary interface with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with Agilent processes and standards. Identify and escalate conflicts.

Research and use Agilent's journey and personas to ensure digital content meets user needs and requirements.
SEO and Analytics:

Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to analyze content performance.

Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and track key metrics.
Collaboration:

Work closely with design teams and digital agencies to integrate textual and visual elements.

Consult with marketing teams to enhance usage and identify market advantages.

Drive a One-Agilent culture through Agilent field and Solution Unit collaborations.
Vendor and Asset Management:
-
Manage vendors and independent contractors involved in content development.

Ensure effective content performance through data analysis.
Qualifications
-
8+ years experience in digital content strategy, creation, and management. for entry to this level

Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies

Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent
-
Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required
Additional Details

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $135,840.00 - $212,250.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
