Where You Fit 

The Senior Manager, Digital Diagnostics Marketing will lead Product Marketing for our Digital Diagnostics business, providing software and AI solutions to pathology labs. We’re seeking a candidate with a background in product marketing or management, preferably with experience in marketing of software tools to diagnostic laboratory audiences (clinical and/or research).

What You’ll Do

  • Understand the research and technologies that PathAI offers and the value proposition across customer segments with an ability to articulate easily to those with a basic level of understanding.
  • Create launch plans for new Digital Diagnostics customer-facing product(s) or service(s) in partnership with Digital Diagnostics Product and Commercial teams including target customer identification, key messages, go-to-market plan, and market growth pathways.
  • Create PathAI's marketing and communication strategy for Digital Diagnostics-related  industry conferences and external communications, in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop sales pitch collateral for the Digital Diagnostics Commercial team to secure new business and/or maintain a pipeline of projects with existing customers.
  • Track and summarize key competitive activities, implications, and recommendations.
  • Design and execute market research or customer research projects to uncover unmet needs, whitespace, or new perceptions to inform marketing strategies and executions; includes management of PathAI pathologist advisory board members.
  • Drive marketing channel selection, investment, and digital metrics reporting in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to achieve sales targets through marketing tactics.
  • Plan and execute on press releases and media engagement, as well as marketing campaigns across multiple channels, in partnership with third-party partners.
  • Write, manage, and edit copy for internal collaborators for a variety of content needs such as website, collateral, campaigns, internal/external communications, and more.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Significant experience in product marketing with experience in brand management in the healthcare field; or MBA with 4+ years of experience in product marketing and/or brand management in the healthcare field.
  • Proven ability to craft engaging content across diverse customer segments.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and produce high-quality written content.
  • An eye for design based on extensive experience creating collateral and/or communications tools that are visual in nature.  
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to have a confident presence with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Experience managing multiple projects independently and liaising confidently with stakeholders.
  • Experience creating design content or guiding the creation of design content. 
  • Analytical skills, with proficiency in qualitative and quantitative data analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration and managing internal and agency relationships, including brief development and creative evaluation.

Nice to Have

  • Experience launching SaaS, pharmaceutical, or medical device products.
  • Background in pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medical devices.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth company (Series A-C).
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Hubspot and Canva.
