The Role:

As the Tech Lead at Inizio Evoke you'll be an integral part of the team that designs and implements world class digital solutions for our clients. You love to explore new technologies and must thrive working in a creative environment with small, diverse project teams. Along with high standards and attention to detail you must be passionate about applying creativity to innovative technical solutions.

This is a fully remote opportunity, reporting to the Chief Technology Officer.

You will:

• Tech Leads at Inizio Evoke have a deep understanding of multiple technologies and solution types.
• Partner with diverse teams of Account Mangers, Project Managers, Front End/Back End Developers, UX/UI Designers and QA engineers.
• Design, scope and architect a variety of technical solutions.
• Develop technical strategies for clients.
• Develop trust and close relationships with client stakeholders and agency partners.
• Manage external technology partners

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of related experience
• 2 Years team leadership or management experience
• Expert in Javascript/Typescript/Nodejs
• Experience in at least one of Java, C# or PHP
• Strong to expert knowledge of front-end development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and front-end frameworks like React or NextJS
• Experience managing and developing databases
• Experience developing consumer facing, marketing focused websites
• Experience integrating with web services (SOAP/REST/GraphQL)
• Agency experience
• Experience designing and deploying cloud-based solutions in AWS, Azure or GCP
• Experience working in the Veeva CRM/iRep platform
• Mobile application development experience (Android or iOS)
• Experience integrating with CRM systems
• Experience integrating with Social Networking sites/services
• Experience with large scale CMS systems such as Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Drupal or Wordpress
• Ability to oversee all aspects of technical development as it relates to a project – including, systems architecture, design and documentation, coding, testing, and deployment
• Can conceptualize and explain complex technical solutions to internal and client teams in language they can understand
• Is passionate about interactive technology - actively learning, exploring and staying abreast of emerging technologies
• Develops technical recommendations that map to user and business requirements and deliver value for the needs of the engagement/client
• Comfortable preparing and reviewing documentation and technical specs
• Can direct large scale technical projects in support of the Project and Account Managers
• Experience in full development lifecycle
• Hands-on coding/development work
• Broad technical knowledge of infrastructure and application architecture and relational databases
• Understands rapid prototyping as well as change management
• Experience managing a team of developers within a SDLC development framework using Agile, Lean and other mythologies
