In this pivotal role, you will mentor a team of skilled developers, define technical strategies, and ensure the successful execution of projects that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Architect robust front-end solutions using frameworks like React, ensure scalable back-end systems with Node.js or Python, and implement secure cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
- Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, participating in client meetings and providing technical guidance.
- Work with the Technical Director to resource and build tech teams, contributing to the development of in-house tools and frameworks.
What You'll Bring:
- 9+ years of professional development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
- Expertise in full-stack development, including proficiency in React, Node.js, Python, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Deep knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and UX/UI standards.
- Experience with database design, API integration, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Advocacy for automated testing and security best practices.
- Strong leadership and people management skills in agile environments.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
