Mandatory Skills
- Minimum 6 yrs Hands-On experience on TIBCO
- TIBCO BussinessWorks 6.x, EMS, RV, Administrator
- Integration of Java applications using TIBCO RV
- Integration of .Net applications using TIBCO RV
- Rich Experience of Software Engineering Process
- Rich Experience in Design
- Experience with CMMI process
- Various Reviews and Best practices, adherence to Quality Guidelines
- Awareness of Efforts Estimation, iterative scheduling
- Team handling and mentoring
Desirable
- Work experience of Java, UML
- Experience of Knowledge acquisition on existing applications from other teams.
- Experience in Application which is in Management & Maintenance [Defects, Change Requests].
Qualifications
B.E/B. Tech/MCA
