What You’ll Do
● Customer Communication
o Communicate with technical experts to explain the critical issue(s) and solutions for implementation and break fix related questions
o Drive Customer Satisfaction through timely & quality communication for any critical situation where advanced support is needed
● Troubleshooting Skills
o Troubleshooting of customer reported incidents and system alerts in the areas of JSON domain expertise
o Identify, debug and troubleshoot break fix issues for quick resolution
o Provide technical analysis for incidents, resolution, and root cause analysis for the incidents
o Respond and resolve issues within agreed service levels
● Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
o Publish knowledge articles for the incidents and service requests, prepare technical documents for the standard operating procedures
o Mentor and train other team members with tech solutions
WHAT YOU BRING
o 7-10 years hands-on experience in managing JSON
o Extensive hands-on experience in debugging issues with JSON
o Familiar with dynamic arrays, linked lists, stacks, queues, binary search, hash maps, merge sort, and other concepts
o Ensure smooth functioning of network infrastructure operations by troubleshooting issues
o Ability to debug JSON API code and provide recommendations for smooth infrastructure operation.
o Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures
o Experience in troubleshooting and debugging applications
o Ability to write, read, interpret & troubleshoot data models such as JSON, and XML
o Understand the structure of JSON objects and ensure data integrity
o Identify common JSON import errors, such as parse errors, format issues, or missing data errors
o Troubleshooting methods: Being able to use specific troubleshooting methods for each type of error
o Using parsing libraries and validators: Being able to use parsing libraries and validators for advanced JSON troubleshooting
o Handle API requests properly
o Converting CSV to JSON
o validate payloads against an expected schema to identify deviations
o update parsing logic to handle new structures
o work with data providers to ensure data conforms to the expected
o log and monitor issues to catch any future occurrences
Preferred skills and qualifications
o Strong experience with XML Schemas (XSDs)
o Strong experience with XML modeling tools like XMLSpy
o Knowledge with logical modeling principles
o Experience with logical modeling tools (e.g. Erwin)
o Experience using SQL data manipulation (preferable in Oracle/SQL Developer);
o Understanding of coding and development principles and practices
