Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Receive incident ticket assigned and update progress and status ticket in Service Management tool
  • Analyze and troubleshoot on technical issues related to systems being supported
  • Take up service requests on simple system enhancement and reports
  • Assist in testing of system changes. Plan and develop test cases and test data. Verify test results.
  • Prepare instruction for implementation of changes into Production.
  • Compile weekly/monthly statistics on incident tickets and service requests
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned by each designated account.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree/Undergraduates
  • Must be currently enrolled in a Diploma/Degree program at a college or university
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PPT & Excel)
  • Knowledge in Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Ability to coordinate several diverse job requirements and projects
  • Ability to identify, research problems and resolve user issues
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
