Job Description

This role requires working from our local Hyderabad office 2-3x a week. 

INTRODUCTION:

As a member of our Implementation team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting new customer implementations. You will take charge of the technical aspects of onboarding, ensuring a seamless migration of data to ABC Glofox’s systems.

In this cross-functional role, you will act as a project manager, collaborating directly with customers to deliver successful outcomes.

This role requires working from our local Hyderabad office 2-3x a week. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Use scripts and internal tools to create and update default accounts for new customers based on predefined configurations.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their data needs, review data prior to migration, and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct testing procedures for pilot migration projects to validate data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client specifications.
  • Manage membership and payment migrations during implementation.
  • Perform data profiling and quality assessments to identify and resolve inconsistencies, anomalies, or errors.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, standards, and guidelines for future data migration initiatives.
  • Generate reports and provide stakeholders with updates on the status of migration projects, highlighting challenges and risks.
  • All applicants must be able to work from our Hyderabad office 2-3x a week 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT (preferred)
  • 2–3+ years’ experience in SaaS implementation or migrations
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and other relevant file formats, with the ability to cleanse and transform data according to business rules and migration guidelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in data field mapping, requirements gathering, and understanding functional rules and logic (preferred).
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams while maintaining clear communication and support.
  • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, onboarding, and customer success teams.
  • A team player with a positive mindset and a drive for delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
