Compensation Range
Hourly: $34.05 - $45.45 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to assist clients, Treasury Account Managers, Treasury Management Officers, and other Technical Implementation Specialists with consultative recommendations, positioning, and issue resolution, while also conducting implementations for our Treasury Management solutions.
Essential Functions

Manage implementation projects in a matrix environment, through completion, adhering to project management and operating standards, scope, and cost, and timeline to achieve success and build lasting relationships with our clients

Consult with internal team members and clients to identify current workflow within Treasury billing systems to make recommendations for system settings, workflow, and indicators to implement our product suite

Provide technical guidance during the implementation, ongoing customer support, and at times assist the relationship team during the sales process

Work directly with Treasury Sales Consultant team members and Commerce Bank Vendors to support technical aspects of the implementation process, be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for products and portals to support internal and vendor teams, create and maintain workflows, technical file reconciliation, file spec training for internal team members, file set-up and testing (SFTP, CD BAI, PD BAI), integration to customer facing billing systems, and act as a resource to provide input on product enhancements based on client feedback and recommendation

Document, develop, and maintain repeatable implementation playbooks

Take an active role in product projects as assigned all while building strong relationships with our clients

Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

Working knowledge of Commercial Revenue Cycle and billing system(s) (ERP systems, accounting software, and customer billing systems)

Exceptional level of technical and professional skills/knowledge in job related areas; keeping abreast of current developments and trends in the payments industry

Strong analytical and communication skills

Experience in finding creative solutions interfacing with legacy systems, revenue cycle process, workflow and approval processes and technology

SFTP file set-up and testing knowledge

Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Salesforce, and Outlook
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Information Systems, Project Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience required

5+ years in the Treasury Solutions or Commercial Payments Industry required
-
3+ years, project or business process management and/or commercial revenue cycle/back office experience required
-
PMP or CAPM certification preferred

This position will be eligible for additional compensation through performance-based incentive plan(s) that will correspond to meeting performance goals.
