Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Implementation Manager to lead the deployment and integration of our technology solutions for enterprise clients. This role bridges the gap between product, dev ops, and engineering, ensuring seamless implementation and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end technical implementation process, ensuring seamless deployment and integration of our solutions in a timely manner, within scope and budget

Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements, system architecture, and operational workflows.

Provide technical guidance, best practices, and hands-on support for solution configuration and customization.

Create detailed implementation plans, including timelines, resources, and budget requirements

Conduct regular status updates and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
-
Collaborate with product, support and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and optimise performance.

Develop technical documentation and training materials to support client onboarding.

Ensure timely delivery of implementation projects, managing risks and dependencies effectively.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with customer technical teams, ensuring long-term success.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.

Strong background in technical project management, implementation, or solutions consulting.

Experience working with SaaS platforms, APIs, and enterprise software integration.

Proficiency in Java, scripting, cloud technologies, and data security best practices

Knowledge of AI-powered solutions and digital transformation strategies.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for customers.

Experience managing and successfully delivering projects

Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, data security, and enterprise IT environments.

Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
