ABOUT THE POSITION
Technical Designer is more than just a title—it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.
Your role: you’ll play a key role in executing the creative vision by preparing designs for various product categories and ensuring everything is optimized for production. A solid understanding of aesthetics, color theory, and fonts is essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with the rest of the team. You'll focus on the technical side of preparing print-ready files, optimizing designs for different products, and assisting our design team with mockups and production needs. Your attention to detail and strong technical skills will help ensure our products are produced to the highest standard while maintaining our design integrity.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prepare print-ready files for products, optimizing designs for different materials and product types.
- Work closely with designers to refine designs, create mockups, and ensure smooth production flow.
- Ensure designs are technically accurate, consistent, and aligned with BURGA’s aesthetic.
- Support the team with any technical design needs and contribute to optimizing workflows.
- Stay updated on design trends and continuously improve design execution.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator—these are essential tools for the role.
- Attention to detail with the ability to create precise and accurate design files.
- Experience in preparing print files for a variety of products and understanding of different printing technologies.
- Strong knowledge of color systems (CMYK, RGB, Pantone) and how they apply to print and digital formats.
- Experience with pattern design and technical drawings in the fashion industry is a plus.
- Experience with emerging AI design tools to enhance workflow and creativity.
- Strong understanding of aesthetics, including color theory, typography, and design principles.
- A keen interest in fashion and design, with the ability to execute creative concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
SALARY: 2500- 3200 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
