The Technical Enablement Manager will serve as a strategic advisor, building and delivering technical content that empowers our internal technical teams and site-level customers. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and rely on a network of trusted vendors to produce top-notch enablement campaigns. The content you create or oversee will focus on our hardware, software, and installation processes, ensuring it is impactful and tailored to the needs of each audience.

A Day In Your Life

  • Strategic Content Development: Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams and external partners, identifying knowledge gaps and creating or curating content to address them.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with a pool of external vendors to produce content in various formats (videos, documents, guides, etc.), ensuring high-quality outputs that drive learning impact.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-impact enablement materials when necessary, adapting formats and channels for the target audience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, customer success, sales, and operations teams to ensure enablement materials are aligned with company goals and product updates.
  • Project Management: Own the planning and execution of enablement projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and content is delivered on time.
  • Impact Focus: Constantly assess the effectiveness of the enablement materials, iterating based on feedback to ensure they drive real impact.
  • Process Optimization: Create and refine enablement processes that accelerate content delivery without unnecessary bureaucracy, allowing the team to innovate faster.
  • Ownership & Problem Solving: Take full ownership of challenges that arise, speaking up when necessary and finding creative solutions to complex problems.

What You Bring

  • Proven Enablement Experience: 5+ years in technical enablement, product training, or a related role, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work with diverse teams, including engineering, product, and customer-facing departments.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: You can clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Vendor Management: Experience managing external vendors to create content, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Project Management Expertise: You have a proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.
  • Problem Solving: You take ownership of issues and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo to find better solutions.
  • Process-Oriented for Speed: You appreciate process but only for its ability to help teams move faster and innovate more effectively.
  • Adaptable: Comfortable working in an evolving startup environment, able to pivot when necessary without losing focus on end goals.
  • Curiosity: Constantly looking to better understand your audience, how they learn, and how new tools will help you better enable those you are working to reach.

We offer several perks that include flexible PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) match, stock options, paid parental leave, WFH and phone stipend, and a 4-day work week, every other week.

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $105,000 to $135,000, California is $110,000 to $135,000, and New York City is $120,000 to $135,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The pay offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, and experience.
