he Technical Enablement Engineer plays a pivotal role in elevating the knowledge and capabilities of our sales engineers (SEs) and technical Customer Success professionals. The ideal candidate will leverage a strong background in data-driven outcomes with hands-on experience in sales engineering. You will design and implement a world-class technical enablement program. Operating within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you ensure our technical teams are equipped with the skills and expertise they need to excel.

How You’ll Contribute

You will create and manage a scalable onboarding process and ongoing training initiatives designed to accelerate time-to-productivity for SEs and technical Customer Success roles. You ensure that technical teams quickly gain deep product knowledge, learn how to effectively sell and apply the organization’s offerings, and stay current as the product evolves. The role includes leading SE boot camps, developing continuous learning programs, maintaining comprehensive learning paths, owning the relationship with product and engineering with respect to product release Transfer of Informations (TOIs), and setting clear success metrics. Through close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, this position drives continuous improvement in technical enablement quality, knowledge accessibility, and overall impact on organizational goals. 

How Your Skills and Experience Align With What We Need

  • Experience in technical enablement, technical training, in related cybersecurity roles
  • Familiarity with Network Detection and Response (NDR), preferably with Zeek/Bro
  • Proficiency in administering and optimizing Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Hands-on SIEM analyst experience
  • Ability to create video recordings and product walkthroughs
  • Skilled at translating technical features into customer-centric value propositions
  • Proven ability to effectively demo products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable experimenting with new technologies to create innovative training solutions
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, personal accountability, and a positive attitude
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to quickly and accurately derive insights
  • Exceptional presentation and instructional design capabilities
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and analytical skills focused on scalability and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, strategic thinker able to align initiatives with organizational goals

The compensation for this position may vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. Depending on the nature and seniority of the role, a percentage of compensation may come in the form of a commission-based or discretionary bonus. Equity and additional benefits will also be awarded.
