ABOUT THE ROLE

This position will be an integral part of multi-disciplinary design teams and will work under the direction of a licensed architect.

 

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Leading architecture project development from conceptual design through construction administration for transportation facilities including performing 3-D modeling, & rendering using Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray, & 3DS Max.
  • Preparing architectural presentations for clients & municipalities using Photoshop, InDesign, & Illustrator
  • Leading coordination of engineering systems with engineers & consultants.
  • Developing schematic design & design development drawings & models
  • Developing construction documents.
  • Conducting materials & code research; and assisting in construction administration. 

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field required.
  • Must have 4 years’ experience in the following areas: 
    • Leading architecture project development from conceptual design through construction administration for transportation facilities including performing 3-D modeling, & rendering using Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray, & 3DS Max.
    • Preparing architectural presentations for clients & municipalities using Photoshop, InDesign, & Illustrator
    • Leading coordination of engineering systems with engineers & consultants.
    • Developing schematic design & design development drawings & models
    • Developing construction documents.
    • Conducting materials & code research; and assisting in construction administration.

 

The salary range for this position to be filled in the Los Angeles, CA area is $86,000 to $96,000 annually. This salary range is the range we believe is the anticipated range of possible base compensation at the timing of the posting. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses. We offer a full benefit package including medical, dental and vision coverage and flexible spending account options and voluntary insurances. We have paid time off, flex-time schedules, remote work options and a 401k plan and employee perk programs.
