Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Design Technical Training: Create and design advanced training content, including training materials, eLearning modules, guides, user manuals, and video tutorials, focusing on Workday, Oracle, and other enterprise systems. Tailor content for non-technical associates, ensuring the information is clear, practical, and relevant.
- Content Strategy and Implementation: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business leaders to define and align training strategies with organizational objectives and technical system changes. Ensure training content is continuously updated to reflect system enhancements, new features, and industry best practices.
- Facilitate Technical Training: Deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and webinars on Workday, Oracle, and related tech solutions. Develop and lead custom technical training programs to empower non-technical users to navigate and utilize enterprise applications efficiently.
- Training Optimization: Assess the effectiveness of training through feedback, evaluations, and knowledge assessments. Identify opportunities to enhance the learning experience, improve retention, and adapt content based on learner needs. Make recommendations for process improvements based on trainee feedback.
- System Knowledge Application: Stay informed on system updates and emerging technologies, ensuring that training content reflects the most current features and capabilities of Workday, Oracle, and other enterprise solutions. Translate technical information into easy-to-understand materials and user-friendly guides.
- Maintain a Comprehensive Content Library: Organize and manage an up-to-date content library, ensuring all training materials are easily accessible for ongoing use and reference by trainees.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, HR, and other departments to ensure training materials are aligned with organizational goals and deliverables. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to bridge the gap between system complexities and user requirements.
- Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on training progress, effectiveness, and participant engagement. Use data to refine training strategies and ensure measurable success. Provide recommendations for continuous learning improvements.
- Additional Responsibilities: Take on additional duties as assigned to support the continued growth and effectiveness of the Learning and Development function.
Required Education and/or Experience:
- 4-7 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on technical training or corporate systems training.
- Strong background in content creation, instructional design, and the development of technical training materials.
- Experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to develop effective and engaging training programs.
- Experience delivering technical training sessions to non-technical employees, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and facilitate understanding.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with IT, HR, and other departments to develop and execute training strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data to draw actionable insights.

Required Computer and/or Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Workday, Oracle, and other technology solutions software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with design and authoring tools.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and eLearning development.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and applications and integrate them into training content.
