Job Description
The mission of this team is to implement our dematerialization B2B solution with national and international clients. The team works on a daily basis with clients, implements the solution, leads working groups, tests and develops B2B Integration solutions with our customers. The goal is parameterizing a solution based on our products, corresponding to the analysis that was made by the consultants who worked with the client.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Strengthen the Demat Consultants team to implement our GIS/PDP/APA based B2B solutions. Integration with national and international clients;
- Implementation and evolution of solution according to a configuration book provided by the project team;
- Be the technical referent for the solution implementation;
- Build a reliable and sustainable relationship with our functional project and coaching teams;
- Read, monitor, and perform parameterization work as directed, by consultants and project managers;
- Escalate alerts and difficulties as soon as possible to your team leader;
- In a second step decided by the management, carry out developments under the RTE environments following the methodologies used by Generix;
- Write technical reports and participate in end-of-project feedback;
- Coordinate specific developments for the realization of customer demand;
- Ensure the receipts of developments, unit tests, integration tests, and support to UAT (User Acceptance Tests);
- Participate and attend deployments as required;
- Perform the transfers of skills (training, operating guides, code documentation, final version of the configuration file, etc.) to the internal customer;
- Ensure the transfer of files to other departments and in particular the Support and Hosting Department.
Qualifications
- Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics or similar;
- Knowledge of programming (Java, C, PHP, Perl, Javascript, Python);
- Knowledge of Windows environment, Linux, and Unix.
- Knowledge of Web Services;
- Knowledge of database;
- Knowledge or previous experience of agile (scrum);
- First experience with EDI/EAI project is a plus;
- First experience in programming (training) is a plus;
- Soft skills: Communication, analytical capacity, client orientation, accuracy, team spirit, analytical thinking, priority management, adaptability and autonomy;
- Good level of English or French (speaking and writing) is mandatory;
