Essential Function of the Role:

Maintain system data by reconciling insurance carrier policy download.

Requirements: 

  • Outstanding verbal/written communication skills.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills with an eye for details.
  • Outstanding ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent technical and computer skills.  
  • Epic training to be provided if needed.

Responsibilities:  

Provides operational technical support in assigned area of responsibility, including:

  • Processing policy download via Epic.
  • Participating in special projects when required.
  • Running /Distributing daily downloads received reports.
  • Running daily download processing report and tracking monthly totals.
  • Running Epic reports as needed (back-up).
  • Responding to inquiries on specific download issues from the field.
  • Contacting producers/account executives when policies need correction for download.
  • System Administrator for carrier websites.
  • Provides support of operational aspects for current organization, mergers and acquisitions as needed, including system migration and data integration.
  • Demonstrates outstanding levels or service and exhibiting high levels of professionalism and expertise.

The expected pay range for this position is $27.47 an hour to $30.22 an hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
