About the role:
As a Technical Artist, you will work closely with the development team to create high-quality games. Your responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting art pipeline and providing solutions
- Optimisation suggestions for all aspects of art within a game
- Create and optimise material shaders and blueprints
- Work closely with the code and art teams
- Experience with common DCCs (Maya, 3dsmax, etc.)
- Experience working in the video game industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience with game engines such as Unreal Engine or Custom Engines
- Knowledge of game development principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in scripting and coding in one of the following - Python, C#, C++, HLSL, MEL, MaxScript.
