- Graduated from engineering (preferably mechanical) departments of universities,
- Preferably at least 5 years of experience in technical training in the Air Conditioning Sector,
- Experienced in team management, strong leadership and communication skills,
- Knowledge of technical support and field mechanical installation practices,
- Ability to prepare and present technical training materials,
- Advanced level of written and verbal communication in English,
- Advanced negotiation and bargaining skills,
- Adopts a customer-oriented approach and has problem solving skills,
- Proficient in MS Office and technical drawing/design programs (preferably AutoCAD or similar),
- No domestic and international travel barriers,
Job Description
- Providing technical trainings for overseas vendors and domestic authorized services,
- Determining the relevant Education budget and managing it in accordance with the criteria,
- Providing support to dealers and services on installation and product training,
- Preparing regular reports on training activities, field work and technical support processes and presenting them to senior management,
- Analyzing product performance and customer feedback and making recommendations,
- Mentoring the development of team members and enhancing their technical skills,
- Supervising the implementation of product installation standards and safety procedures,
- Supporting field teams in solving technical problems and intervening when necessary,
