                       Technical Account Manager

Sotto la responsabilità dell’Area Manager e collaborando con il New Business Manager, la missione principale del Technical Account Manager è quella di sfruttare le sue elevate competenze tecniche e di business per raggiungere il Target di Vendita assegnato.  Per aver successo , sosterrà lo sviluppo e la continuità del portafoglio clienti esistente e favorirà a livello tecnico nuove vincite, sarà responsabile del raggiungimento della soddisfazione del cliente e della promozione dei prodotti PPG e della loro applicazione, a tutti i livelli, sviluppando una proposta di vendita efficace.

 

Principali Responsabilità:

                                Fidelizzazione del Cliente

  • Supportare e mantenere il rapporto tra ogni soggetto della filiera, dai distributori (GM, Responsabili commerciali) alle carrozzerie (Proprietari, verniciatori o preparatori)
  • Per i clienti chiave, pianifica e supporta il follow-up aziendale e Tecnico delle carrozzerie indipendenti o “OEM”
  • Mantiene la qualità e le dimensioni del portafoglio clienti esistenti e attivi
  • Supportare la risoluzione dei problemi tecnici e il follow-up (prodotto, digital, no paint, colore e IT) seguendo gli standard PPG
  • Cura la formazione della forza vendite e tecnica del distributore sia per il prodotto che per il processo (prodotto, digital, no paint e colore IT)
  • Assistere i clienti nel loro ciclo di applicazione tecnica dei prodotti, fornendo la migliore soluzione di servizio.

                     Sviluppo del business

  • Pianifica e organizza l’ installazione di nuove carrozzerie, collaborando con distributori, New Business Manager nel rispetto delle linee guida PPG
  • Analizza e sviluppa il mix prodotti per i clienti della carrozzeria, dalla presentazione alla vendita finale
  • Promuove e vende a distributori e carrozzerie la formazione tecnica, nuovi prodotti e servizi offerti da PPG  

      Qualifiche:

  • 5 anni di esperienza in attività di sviluppo tecnico/applicativo di prodotti vernicianti, nel segmento Car Refinish/Automotive
  • Capacità di negoziazione
  • Buona conoscenza di MS Office
  • Buona conoscenza dell'inglese
