We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Technical Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue and achieving margin goals within assigned accounts, building strategic relationships with customers, and aligning their business objectives with our company’s value proposition. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure the success of our mutual business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement & Satisfaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor key performance metrics such as customer satisfaction surveys and share of wallet.

  • Strategic Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers, understanding their business goals, growth strategies, and profit drivers to offer the most appropriate sales solutions.

  • Leadership & Guidance: Provide leadership in customer planning and engagement, ensuring alignment between customer needs and company offerings.

  • Critical Analysis & Growth Strategies: Perform in-depth analysis of customer needs and leverage partner marketing programs to drive growth in customer solutions capabilities.

  • Joint Planning & Investment Strategies: Collaborate with customers to develop and implement joint business plans that integrate our services, programs, and supplier partnerships, securing their commitment for long-term investment.

  • Business Review & Execution: Conduct regular business reviews with customers to track progress toward growth goals and own the execution of the business plan.

  • Pipeline & Metrics Management: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline for assigned accounts, identifying opportunities for improvement and executing on sales strategies to maximize profitability and growth.

  • Supplier Alignment & Customer Expansion: Align customer needs with supplier strategies to maximize growth potential and ensure customer expansion.

  • Opportunity Prioritization: Focus on high-potential customers and opportunities to drive success.

  • Profitability Management: Ensure maximum profitability by managing accounts effectively, minimizing profit leaks, and maximizing gross profit.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a technical account management, sales, or field Application Engineer with a proven track record of driving revenue and growth.

  • University degree in Electronical engineering or similar field is mandatory.

  • Experience in distribution and sales of electronical components its mandatory.

  • Strong sales expertise in managing complex accounts and sales processes. Ability to negotiate and align product/service terms independently or as part of a team.

  • Ability to manage large or strategic accounts, acting as a resource for colleagues and customers, and leading negotiations with customers.

  • Strong collaborative skills, working closely with teams and leadership to drive business growth and success.

  • This role involves independent work and leadership of strategic accounts, offering opportunities for both personal growth and team development.

  • Autonomy in setting account approaches and engaging directly with clients and decision-makers will be crucial to success.
