The role

Nebius is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support major AI-focused customers utilizing Nebius Cloud services. As a TAM, you will act as a trusted advisor, working closely with customers to identify and resolve technical issues, while managing large-scale AI deployments with hundreds to thousands of GPUs.

You’re welcome to work in our office in Amsterdam, or remotely from any EU country.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Customer support: Serve as the primary technical contact for customer issues, working alongside L2 support to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
  • Sales collaboration: Partner with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and promote new Nebius products and advanced services.
  • Product liaison: Act as a bridge between customers and the product team, relaying customer feedback, feature requests, and product updates to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder management: Engage and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolution of customer challenges.

We expect you to have: 

  • 5+ years of experience as a technical manager, cloud solutions architect, customer engineer or a similar technical role with a focus on cloud services and being a single point of technical expertise for users
  • Hands-on experience with IaC and configuration management tools (preferably Terraform/Asible), Kubernetes, skills of writing code in Python
  • Understanding of GPU computing practices for ML training and inference workloads, GPU software stack components, including drivers, libraries (e.g., CUDA, OpenCL)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Fluent English

It will be an added bonus if you have: 

  • Hands-on experience with HPC/ML orchestration frameworks (e.g., Slurm, Kubeflow)
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Solid understanding of cloud ML tools landscape from industry leaders (NVIDIA, AWS, Azure, Google)  
  • Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deliver on deadlines.
  • Experience mentoring technical teams
  • Proficiency in stakeholder negotiation to support effective problem resolution
