Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main technical liaison and client advocate between Acrisure Cyber Services and its clients, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, onboarding, operations and support, to resolve customer issues/needs and translate customer business objectives

  • Ensure the proper deployment and configuration of client subscribed services & tools. Identifying gaps and areas of improvement/expansion to maximize value

  • Lead recurring client touch bases to bring break/fix issues to resolution, drive initiatives and provide regular reports on security posture, incidents, and service performance.

  • Coordinate with client contacts to create & populate client documentation

  • Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to client teams, enabling them to effectively utilize and manage the security tools

  • Serve as a point of contact for client support requests related to security events, promptly addressing and resolving technical issues or escalating them to the appropriate teams.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to provide valuable insights to the sales team.

  • Coordinate with the Sales team to scope & generate proposals for service expansion

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field OR equivalent work experience

  • Experience administering IT infrastructure, networking, and software solutions

  • Thorough understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including hardware, software, networking, and cloud services.

  • Demonstrated expertise in how various platforms and technologies integrate to create comprehensive solutions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and understand their business needs.

  • Ability to understand, interpret, and apply common security standards and frameworks such as NIST, 800-53, CIS, SOX, and ISO-27001.

Technology:

  • Security technologies including, SIEM, Vulnerability Management, Security Awareness Training, Endpoint Detection& Response, etc.

  • Network routing & switching

  • Hypervisor implementation, integration and administration (e.g. Hyper-V, ESXi, Nutanix, etc.)

  • Solid understanding of major operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux)

Other Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a SOC environment

  • Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members and clients

  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting product installations, configurations, and troubleshooting

  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members

  • Ability to contribute to a collaborative environment by consistently demonstrating teamwork, high motivation, positive behavior and effort to achieve goals and objectives

  • Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines

  • Demonstrates excellent time management and prioritization skills

  • Attention to detail and commitment to a high level of accuracy

  • The ability to multi task, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information
