How will you make an impact?
- Drive the seamless integration of generative AI technologies into our existing offerings, revolutionizing user experiences and business operations
- Develop and execute a comprehensive GenAI integration strategy aligned with the company's overall technology roadmap.
- Work closely with product manager, technical architect, Data Scientist, QA engineers, Technical writers, and software engineers to define/develop features - big and small for our products.
- Actively guide and mentor the team to develop product features.
- Assist in the development of short, medium, and long-term plans to achieve strategic objectives
- Drive and impact all current processes related to software development and improvements across the org as necessary.
- Manage all people aspects of the team, such as hiring, reviews, mentoring, and promotions, etc.
- Prioritize, assign and manage department activities and projects in accordance with the R&D departments goals and objectives.

Have you got what it takes?
- 15+ years of experience in Software Engineering
- At least 5 years experience in managing teams of software developers and testers(specially GenAI teams).
- Should have experience on at least one use case to integrate Gen AI with existing product offering to drive significant business value
- In depth understanding to evaluate, select and productize appropriate GenAI tools, frameworks, and models to address specific product needs.
- Combine the power of different database storages with GenAI framework to create robust GenAI ecosystem
- Proficiency with deep learning techniques, machine learning framework and different generative models, their architecture and training techniques
- Awareness of Data pipelines , Data Quality , will be an advantage .
- General hands on with Java/Js/Python as programming language is a must .
- Proven track record of managing the development of enterprise-grade software products that can perform, scale, and integrate into a broad enterprise ecosystem.
- Deep experience with Agile/SCRUM/SAFe software development methodologies.
- Experience developing Cloud(AWS) based software products that can perform, scale, and integrate into a broad Cloud ecosystem is must.
- Experience with CI CD practices using standard tools such as Jenkins, Docker, VMs and Artifactory
