- Define the e-Commerce strategy and business, leading all processes in the areas of digital merchandising, retail planning, marketing performance, digital channels, logistics operations and customer service to ensure the achievement of goals, sales results and profitability in line with the PUMA brand strategy.
- Define strategies and tactical measures to boost the development of the business in order to guarantee the profitability of the store demonstrated in the P&L.
- Define the assortment and volume of purchase of e-commerce to ensure the achievement of sales goals and results.
- Approve e-commerce performance marketing plans in order to maximize ROAS and ensure the achievement of sales goals and results.
- Structuring and implementing new digital channels in order to ensure sales such as partnerships and marketplaces.
- Define all digital merchandising communication, in order to ensure that all marketing campaigns and product content are in effect according to the stipulated schedule, ensuring excellent quality and optimizing the user experience.
