As an Inside Sales Manager, you will lead and manage a team of Sales Representatives who are focused on selling our digital intelligence solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive sales growth, ensuring the team hits and exceeds revenue targets, and fostering a high-performance, results-oriented culture.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated sales leader with a strong background in B2B sales, experience with data or technology products, and a passion for leading teams to success in a fast-paced, evolving market.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Sales Team Leadership:
- Manage/mentor a team of Sales Representatives focused on SMB accounts.
- Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities to help team members succeed and advance in their careers.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven team culture grounded in accountability and high performance.
- Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement strategies that support SMB revenue growth
- Ensure team members are equipped with the tools and training to succeed
- Define, track, and optimize sales KPIs to ensure the team meets or exceeds targets
- Sales Process & CRM Management:
- Ensure proper execution of our sales process from lead management to discovery, qualification, and closure of opportunities
- Guide the evolution of prospecting programs; ensuring high levels of team activity
- Leverage Salesforce to track performance, pipeline, and forecast accurately
- Customer & Market Insights:
- Gain a clear view of the challenges in SMB accounts and where we add value
- Monitor trends and competitors to adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and positioning
This Is The Perfect Job For Someone Who
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and build a high-performing sales team
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A PLUS: Has a clear understanding of current digital marketing trends, including SEO, content marketing, PPC, social and display advertising
