Thales Netherlands develops advanced radar and combat management systems. The Systems Engineering department is responsible for the design of new products and for managing software and hardware development. OPAN is a specialized cross-segment team housed within Systems Engineering.
The members of OPAN provide in-depth knowledge and expertise to address issues characterized as New, Few, and Complex. It is a group of highly educated employees, many of whom hold PhDs.
