IS/IT ADOPTION SPECIALIST - USER ADOPTION SERVICES
You will be part of the IS/IT department. The IS/IT department is a team of 150 highly skilled and motivated professionals. We have embraced the Agile way of working and have 18 squads working in DevOps mode providing IT services to our 3000 Thales Netherlands colleagues.

About the role
As a User Adoption Specialist, you will facilitate organizational change by developing and implementing adoption strategies, enabling clients to embrace new ways of working.
This role will bring you right into the heart of the Digital Transformation within Thales. Each change impacts people and how they do their job. While change happens one person at a time, project-level change management can help facilitate this change across groups. You will help us to improve our training services and rollout strategy with a high focus on change management and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct workshops and training sessions while advising on complex change initiatives.
- Implement new tools and establish a clear vision for adoption.
- Map stakeholders, proactively engage users, and build support for new solutions.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and maintain strong relationships.
Knowledge Sharing & Training:
- Enhance onboarding and ensure quality and consistency across environments.
- Share knowledge through presentations and content, and organize training sessions.
Service Optimization:
- Analyze user feedback for service improvements and assist colleagues in adoption efforts.
Change Management:
- Raise awareness regarding changes and their impacts, define rollout strategies and serving as a trusted advisor.
You have a User eXperience mindset and are focusing on providing our users with the best experience, while also focusing on continuously improving our services and digital workplace. While an adoption consultant or change management, background is appreciated for this position, we favor mindset over experience.
About you
- Bachelor's or master's degree
- You are functional & service oriented
- You relate easily to user with different backgrounds and are able to adapt to specific user experience needs
- You are able to translate operational insights into strategic inputs (alignment with User Adoption Lead)
- You like to take ownership and are a self-starter
- You are a strong communicator and motivator
